Caffeine and l-theanine is one of the most researched combinations for attention. Our exact 50 mg and 100 mg doses were tested in placebo-controlled human trials. In those trials, the combination improved attention accuracy and alertness against a placebo.

How Much

The FDA cites up to 400 mg of caffeine a day for healthy adults is not generally associated with negative effects. That means staying under eight pouches a day.
